Hayley Kelloway

The principal solicitor, Hayley Kelloway has 20 years experience as a Lawyer working primarily in the areas of family law, mediation and wills. Hayley has a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Social Sciences, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and Master of Applied Law (Family Law).

Hayley is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales. 

Hayley has been a University Lecturer in the Law Faculty for 10 years, teaching a variety of areas of law including Wills & Succession Law.

For those who are seeking to undertake Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), Kelloway Law & Mediation offers professional mediation services. Hayley has been registered as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (Mediator) since 2009, and is able to issue section 60I Certificates.

Hayley is also experienced and trained as a Family Law Collaborative Professional, having run family law matters through the collaborative process since 2009. Hayley is a member of the Collaborative Family Lawyers Illawarra Shoalhaven.
